Dear Colleagues,

 

I am sorry to convey a sad message informing the death of Mr. Jim Linton,
VK3PC.

He passed away in early morning on 22 February.

 

He has been the Chairperson of IARU Disaster Communications Committee for
many years
and very eager to write the amateur radio activities in disaster
communications.

I wish him to rest in peace.
